Leisure Rules

Our purpose is to provide a new kind of entertainment where you can get out of the house, explore and have fun. No hunt will ever require a participant to do anything illegal. This includes trespassing, theft or damage of property. No hunt will ever require a participant to put themselves in harms way. The point is to have good, clean fun.

The solution to every hunt will always be in plain sight in a publicly accessible place.

Rules

Participation is optional. You're supposed to be having fun, if you aren't, then don't play.

Eligibility

Open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or over as of the hunt end date.

Determining the winner

The winner will be determined based on the timestamp of the first correctly submitted solution we receive via email. The specific requirements for a solution to a hunt will be outlined on the instruction page for submitting a solution for the particular hunt. For example, some hunts require a picture and a description, some require just a description, etc. These requirements will be outlined on a per-hunt basis.

Each event is unique

Specific events may require additional questions to be answered prior to the participant submitting their solution. If a solution submission is received prior to all questions being correctly answered the submission will be considered invalid. The participant must first correctly answer all questions and then re-submit their solution.

In Case of Dispute

In case of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant using the Internet, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Promotion at the time of entry will be considered the entrant.
