Terms of Sale
Thank you for considering a Leisure Rules Mobile Treasure Hunt. Following are the terms of sale that you are
agreeing to. If you have any questions please contact
customercare (at) leisurerules.ca
- No hunt will ever require a participant to do anything illegal. This includes trespassing, theft or damage of property.
No hunt will ever require a participant to put themselves in harms way. The point is to have good, clean fun. Hunt participants
participate at their own risk and Leisure Rules is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the hunt.
- The Leisure Rules site will never be down for scheduled maintenance while a treasure hunt is running, however Leisure Rules
cannot control technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, or other
failures related to hardware, software or viruses. These failures occur infrequently, however Leisure Rules is not responsible if
a failure occurs during a schedule hunt time. In this case Leisure Rules will either reschedule the hunt for a later date or
refund the money paid for the hunt.
- Leisure Rules regularly checks it's pre-built mobile treasure hunts to make
sure that they are valid, however it's impossible to control the world and as a result a clue on a treasure hunt might be
inaccessible or invalid. While this is unlikely, we recommend that the teams contact the hunt organizer who can tell them
the answer (provided in the lurker account) so they can continue on the hunt. When this situation occurs Leisure Rules will
determine the impact of the invalid clue on the hunt and a partial or full refund may be issued.
- During the treasure hunt you will be connecting to the Leisure Rules website which is governed by the Leisure Rules
website terms of use.
